Delivery
At the time we receive your order, it is with the utmost care taken into consideration. You have the choice between 2 possibilities: you can have us send your package or personally pick it up in our store.
- If you choose to send the package we offer in your name and at your expense for shipment to your chosen delivery address.
- If you choose to personally pick up the package, then, after a message from us, you can collect it at our shop at 100 Spuistraat, 1012 TZ in Amsterdam.
You may express your wish on this on the order form under "shipping method" then choose the option "pick up in store".
All items are usually in stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock we hold your order. It is however possible that a final article is sold out. In that case you will be notified. Deliveries made within 5 working days after receipt and payment of your order.
Discrete
- Of course, your order will be shipped in discrete and neutral packaging.
- Our name is not listed as the sender on the package!
Contribution shipping within the Netherlands
To have your packet send to your address, we offer you this in your name and your account for shipment via POSTNL. The shipping costs of € 5.95 to be added to the total amount of your order. If you are not at home, provides POSTNL automatically the next day again. At the same time a message is left.
Contribution shipping outside the Netherlands
To have your package send to your address, we offer you this in your name and your account for shipment via POSTNL-EPS. The shipping costs, which may vary per country, to be added to the total amount of your order. If you are not at home, provides POSTNL-EPS automatically the next day again. At the same time a message is left.
Shipping Rates outside the Netherlands
Prices
All prices are in Euros including VAT. Prices are within the duration of the offer are not increased, unless legal measures required or where the manufacturer increases. All offers and prices on the site are subject to these errors. For the consequences of these errors no liability is accepted.
Payment method
Are you ready with your order you can enter your details and select from the following payment methods:

- COD, for this € 11.55 extra charge is addit to your order. A shipping address is only possible to an address in the Netherlands, PO boxes are not possible. However you should note that you have to pay the postman with cash money.

Purchase Agreement
After you place an order via the Internet to us, a contract of sale has taken place. We reserve the right, orders without giving any reason, not to run, or require conditions, such as asking a prepayment.
Viewing Period
For all your purchases you have an viewing period of fourteen days, unless this is excluded in the offer. Withing this period you can make your wish to return known to us.
Age
To visit our website and/or order products, the user declares to be 18 years or older.

The controller of your data is Female & Partners.
The information that you provide us is stored in a file and used for internal and automatic processing in the context of corporate customer management and of our business. Such as processing of orders and customer management, as well as for own commercial offers.

By placing your order, you agree to the terms and conditions.
